The distribution policy of Hektar REIT is to distribute at least 90% of the net income for the full financial year, to unitholders in cash within two (2) months after the book closure date. The distribution is declared and paid out on a quarterly basis.

Please ensure you were a unitholder at the time of the ex-dividend date. As a standard practice, we request if you could allow 7 working days for postal delivery (in Malaysia) of the cheque after the distribution payment date.
