Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager to Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT"), has received notifications dated 7 April 2008 from the following Directors and Principal Officers of the Company of their intention to deal in securities of Hektar REIT during the closed period pursuant to para 14.04 (a). Their present interests in Hektar REIT are set out in Table 1 and Table 2 hereunder :-
