Further to our announcement made on 17 July 2008 on the above matter, Hektar REIT wishes to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), an application for further extension to Bursa Securities was made on 17 November 2008 to enable hektar REIT to continue its efforts to rectify the public unitholders spread.
