Final Interim Dividend of 3.0 sen gross per HEKTAR REIT unit for the financial quarter ended 31 December 2008. Witholding tax will be deducted for distribution made to the following types of unitholders:-

-Resident individual (Witholding tax at 10%)
-Non-resident individual (Witholding tax at 10%)
-Resident institutional investors (Witholding tax at 10%)
-Non-resident institutional investors (Witholding tax at 10%)
-Resident companies (No witholding tax)
-Non-resident companies (Witholding tax at 25%) .
