First Interim Dividend of 2.4 sen gross per HEKTAR REIT unit for the first quarter ended 31 March 2009. Withholding tax will be deducted for distribution made to the following types of unitholders :-
- Resident individual (Withholding tax at 10%)
- Non-resident individual (Withholding tax at 10%)
- Resident institutional investors (Withholding tax at 10%)
- Non-resident institutional investors (Withholding tax at 10%)
- Resident companies (No withholding tax. Subject to corporate tax at 25% for year of assessment 2009)
- Non-resident companies (Withholding tax at 25% for year of assessment 2009).
Kindly be advised of the following :
1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Dividend" ]
as from : [ 2 June 2009 ]
2) The last date of lodgement : [ 4 June 2009 ]
3) Date Payable : [ 16 June 2009 ]
