Remarks: The Rights Units shall be provisionally allotted to the unitholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Hektar REIT as at 5.00 p.m. on 31 July 2017 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Unitholders"), subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the prospectus, notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form to be issued in relation to the Rights Issue (collectively, the "Documents").
