Income Distribution of 2.30 sen (gross) per HEKTAR REIT unit for fourth quarter ended 31 December 2023.

Withholding tax will be deducted for distribution made to the following types of unitholders:-

1) Non-corporate investors - 10%

2) Foreign institutional investors - 10%

3) Resident companies - subject to tax at the prevailing tax rate applicable to companies

4) Non-resident companies - subject to tax at the prevailing tax rate of 24% pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of Schedule 1 of the Act
