The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the announcements dated 12 September 2023, 7 December 2023, 21 December 2023, 4 March 2024 and 26 March 2024 in relation to the Acquisition and Lease.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Trustee agreed to an extension of one (1) month effective from 27 May 2024 until 26 June 2024 for the parties to fulfil/ obtain their respective Conditions Subsequent, subject to any other extended period as may be determined by the Trustee.

Save for the above, all other terms of the SPA remains the same.
