Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Hektar REIT, wishes to announce that the Company has accepted the resignation of Encik Johari Shukri bin Jamil as Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer effective on 11 June 2024.

For continuity of management and in the interests of unitholders, the Board of Directors has appointed Sr. Zulazman bin Zulkifli who is presently is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company as Interim Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

The Board has also appointed Mr Lim Kek Siang, a licensed CMSLR holder, presently the Senior General Manager of Finance as Acting Principal Officer with immediate effect.

The process to replace the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer is now underway.
