On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 11 June 2024, resolved to grant Hektar REIT an extension of time of 6 months from 17 June 2024 to 17 December 2024 to complete the Placement.
