We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 August 2023 and 29 August 2023 in relation to the 2023 Interim Income Distribution.

On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 1 September 2023, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 31,400,000 new units to be issued pursuant to the 2nd IDRP subject to the following conditions:-

1. Hektar REIT and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the 2nd IDRP;

2. Hektar REIT and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the 2nd IDRP;

3. UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the 2nd IDRP is completed; and

4. Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
