We refer to the earlier announcement dated 11 October 2023 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the listing application in relation to the Proposed Private Placement has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 October 2023.
