The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements.

We refer to the announcements dated 12 September 2023, 7 December 2023 and 7 December 2023 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 18 December 2023 ("Approval Letter"), resolved to approve the listing and quotation for up to 145,353,983 Placement Units to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement.

The above approval by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:-

i.             Hektar REIT and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Placement;

ii.            UOBKH are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Placement;

iii.           Hektar REIT or UOBKH are required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certificate true copy of the resolution passed by the unitholders approving the Proposed Acquisition and Lease and Proposed Placement; and

iv.           Hektar REIT and UOBKH are required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Placement is completed.
